This 30-minute session will explain the core purpose of the tender process and what buyers are ultimately looking to achieve. With this in mind, a series of best practice tips and techniques designed to maximise the quality and competitiveness of written bid and tender submissions will then be shared. These will cover the importance of managing and coordinating bids effectively, structuring responses optimally, and producing content which is credible, convincing and concise. The workshop will be delivered by Executive Compass, a specialist bid and tender writing consultancy with over 15 years’ experience supporting organisations, including SMEs and those new to tendering, to bid successfully for public sector contracts.’
